Shipments from https://www.aziendabiogirardi.com/ are insured against theft or damage; in the event that you receive a clearly damaged package, we invite you not to collect it and leave it with the courier.
Shipments cost €8.85 up to 5 kg, €11.50 up to 10 kg for each order placed.
Collection at the Girardi farm is free.

RETURNS
1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty within a period of 14 days, starting from the date of delivery of the products.
2. If the CUSTOMER decides to exercise this right, the goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and correctly completed return form) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Azienda Agricola Girardi will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days. The goods must be returned to Azienda Agricola Girardi – Via Corriva, 33 – Casacorba di Vedelago 31050 – Treviso
3. In case of receipt of products that do not comply with the orders or are defective, the CUSTOMER must notify it, as required by art. 132 of the consumer code, by e-mail to the Azienda Agricola Girardi customer service specifying whether you wish to replace the item or if you wish to have a refund within 2 months of discovering the lack of conformity, Azienda Agricola Girardi reserves the right to verify the disputed non-compliance and, if confirmed, will arrange for the shipment of the replacement goods or refund with re-credit to the card used by the customer for the purchase.
Returns are free of charge if made by hand in one of the Azienda Agricola Girardi points of sale.
The costs for returning the products will be borne by the customer who will totally take care of the return shipment.
Once we have received the returned goods and verified the integrity of the products, we will issue the refund within 10 working days in two possible ways:
1. DISCOUNT COUPON on the value of the returned goods. The voucher does not expire and can be used on a new purchase and will also benefit from free shipping.
It must be used entirely in a subsequent purchase (it is not a declining credit that can be used several times).
The discount voucher will be provided only after the return has been received intact at the company headquarters;
2. Full REFUND.
