Shipments from https://www.aziendabiogirardi.com/ are insured against theft or damage; in the event that you receive a clearly damaged package, we invite you not to collect it and leave it with the courier.
Shipments cost €8.85 up to 5 kg, €11.50 up to 10 kg for each order placed.
Collection at the Girardi farm is free.

RETURNS
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products. The CUSTOMER may exercise this right by using the dedicated digital withdrawal function on our website, or by any other explicit declaration. After submitting the online request, the CUSTOMER will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (email) containing the date, time, and text of the declaration.
If the CUSTOMER decides to exercise this right, the goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any return form), and accompanied by the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Azienda Agricola Girardi will refund the amount of the returned products as quickly as possible and in any case within a maximum of 14 days from the day it is informed of the decision to withdraw (the refund may be withheld until the company has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned them). The goods must be returned to: Azienda Agricola Girardi – Via Corriva, 33 – Casacorba di Vedelago 31050 – Treviso.
In the event of receiving products that do not conform to the order or are defective, the CUSTOMER must notify Azienda Agricola Girardi customer service, as required by the Consumer Code, via email, specifying whether they wish to replace the item or request a refund, within 2 months of discovering the lack of conformity. Azienda Agricola Girardi reserves the right to verify the reported non-conformity and, if confirmed, will ship replacement goods or issue a refund via credit to the card used for the purchase.
Shipping costs: The cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer, who will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are free if made in person directly to one of Azienda Agricola Girardi’s stores.
Refund times and methods: Once the returned goods have been received and their integrity has been verified, we will issue a credit within 14 business days via:
FULL REFUND via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
DISCOUNT VOUCHER for the value of the returned goods (only if agreed upon with the customer). The voucher has no expiration date and can be used on a new purchase and includes free shipping. It must be used in full on a single subsequent purchase (it is not a prepaid credit). The voucher will be generated only after the return has been received and verified at our operational headquarters.
